Staenberg Family Foundation
A supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis

As a supporting foundation of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis, the Staenberg Family Foundation is designed to support the mission and purposes of the Jewish Federation. This includes making grants to beneficiary agencies of the Federation as well as those social welfare, cultural, educational and philanthropic organizations within the Jewish and general community whose purposes fall within the broad mandate of the Federation. The Foundation may support organizations within the metropolitan St. Louis area, or elsewhere.

The family board meets 4 times per year to consider grant requests and make allocations recommendations.  Michael Staenberg serves as Foundation President.
