    Meet outside the gift shop to pick up your wristband!
    Join us for a fun night out at City Museum in downtown St. Louis. You'll have time to explore all of the quirky areas that the museum is known for, and then meet up with the rest of the young couples for some drinks and live music at the "Cabin Inn" bar on the first level.

What is YPD?

YPD is for post-college Jewish men and women in their 20s and 30s.  YPD works to make and strengthen Jewish connections and create opportunities for young Jews to become involved in the Jewish community and in Jewish Federation. Activities include direct service projects, social programs, leadership development, educational programs and meaningful Israel experiences. YPD holds a seat on Federation’s board of directors.

Date Night Series: Chocolate Tasting
April 13th, 2013
Eleven YPD couples came out for a Saturday night chocolate tasting at Kakao Chocolate in Maplewood, led by the shop's master chocolatier. The group enjoyed a sampling of chocolates and wine, while meeting and connecting with other young couples. Photos here.


Beyond Matzah: Cooking for Passover
March 14th, 2013
A great crowd met up at the JCC Art & Education Building for a cooking demo in preparation for Passover. Cooking pro Aura Kavadlo whipped up some delicious dishes, while Rabbi Ari Kaimen led a thought-provoking discussion. See the recipes herephotos here.


We bring the BAR, you bring the MITZVAH (campaign kickoff)
February 2nd, 2013
More than 250 YPDers came to the Sheraton Clayton Plaza to help kick off the 2013 campaign at a Bar Mitzvah-themed bash! The crowd enjoyed talented caricature artists who created memorable drawings, along with a photo-booth and an awesome DJ. Many generous people donated supplies to the NCJW Back-to-School Store. Photos here.
